Red Barn Village began with Carl Ayers turning the family home into a bed-and-breakfast in 1972. Throughout the ‘70s and ‘80s, the Ayers family built and expanded additional buildings on the property. With five businesses, 15 apartments, and countless community events, Red Barn Village has become a hotspot in Newton-Ransom, a rural community located 15 minutes outside of Clarks Summit.
