 Since 1985, Kapmoore Associates, Inc., has offered a variety of auto, homeowner, business, and life insurance plans. The agency also offers annuities.
Owner Bob Kuzminski, joined by agents Susan Mont and Judy Powell, present a solid team that provides excellent professional service. Susan has been with the company for 16 years and Judy has been at Kapmoore for nine years.
Kapmoore’s main offering is Erie Insurance, a company founded in 1925.
“They live up to their motto, ‘The best service at the lowest price possible,’” Bob explained. “They have a great new innovation in auto insurance, called Erie Rate Lock. If clients do not change drivers, primary residence address, or vehicles, their insurance rates will not go up. They remain stable whether a claim is submitted or not. We all promote the philosophy and innovations of Erie Insurance, and we are willing to live up to the company’s promise.”
In addition to Erie Insurance, Kapmoore also provides insurance from 15 or more other companies. The staff offers a variety of insurance plans to serve the needs of each and every customer in a very personable and informative manner. The agency’s central location, on Wyoming Avenue, is another great plus for the business.
Bob believes that loyalty to his clients, both old and new, is the reason Kapmoore stays competitive and successful.
“We started from scratch, with no clients,” he said. “That was our biggest hurdle, but the best part about it is we have had many people stick with us from the beginning.”
Bob also believes that he gains business from referrals.
“When that happens, we know we are doing right by our customers,” he said.
