Fresco Grill and Martini Bar is raising the “bar” for excellence and scrumptious cuisine in Dallas. When one enters Fresco Grill, it is obvious that ambiance is a top priority for the establishment. The tables in the popular new Italian restaurant are elegantly set, and every table setting has been meticulously prepared to impress diners as they enter the stylish eatery. There is seating at tables or in booths for about 100 people and a small, well-lit room is also available for parties with up to 40 attendees. Beautiful, Italian-American, easy listening music creates a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant’s predominantly Italian menu consists of numerous appetizers, soups and salads, pasta, risotto, light lunches, main courses, and side orders. Fresh, warmed baked bread is also provided with most meals; portions are generous; the prices are reasonable; and most importantly, the cuisine is delicious. A spacious bar is fully stocked to serve the public. For those awaiting their dinners, a large variety of wines is available and may be served either by the glassor the bottle. The employees at Fresco Grill are very friendly and accommodating, and their professional mannerisms ensure the satisfaction of the patrons. Waiters dress neatly in blue shirts and dark trousers and serve diners in a highly proficient manner. Fresco Grill and Martini Bar shares its ownership with that of Cafe Toscana, located at One Public Square, in Wilkes-Barre. Cafe Toscana is one of Downtown Wilkes-Barre’s most popular eating establishments. Fresco Grill and Martini Bar is managed by Tim Muriqi. Following a temporary setback just before Christmas 2009, when an untimely fire damaged a portion of the shopping center where Fresco Grill was preparing to open in time for the holidays, the ownership persevered- determined to succeed in its new business venture. Thanks to its diligence, the Back Mountain now boasts an exceptional Italian restaurant and a great addition to the region’s ever-expanding business district.
