     For 15 delicious years, Rob and Mark Cardone, sibling proprietors of The Pizza Mill, have been feeding off of the praise and loyalty of their customers. And in return, they guarantee to use only the best and freshest ingredients to produce the best possible products at a reasonable price.
     "The most important aspect of our business is our customers," said Rob. "So, our biggest concerns are customer service and the quality of our products. Without our customers, we wouldn't be here. We have been doing just that for the past 15 years and will continue for at least 15 more."
The Pizza Mill's customers, for the most part, are from the local community. They are as dedicated to the "Mill" as much as it is dedicated to them.
"An enjoyable part of doing this is the friendships that we have made with our customers," said Rob. "It's one thing going into a large store to buy something when you don't know anyone, but it's another when customers come in for a pizza and we can talk to them as friends, because after 15 years, that is who most of them are."
"If there is one thing I could say to all of them at the same time it would be thank you," said Rob. One way Mark and Rob show their appreciation is by ensuring that one or the other is always present when the restaurant is open, a key component of beating out the chain restaurants.
"I think most customers realize the difference when they see one of us present at all times," said Rob. "They know we care enough about our business by being there instead of running it from a 13th-floor office in some other city."
Mark and Rob also make a concerted effort to hire the highest quality employees to serve and deliver their products to their valued customers. With its devoted customer base and delicious pizza, the owners, employees, and customers are sure to enjoy a tasty relationship for a long, long time.
